3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our online platform or by contacting our customer service team. Upon confirmation, you will receive a booking reference number.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payments are required upfront unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

Full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
50% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Provide access to the garden or property at the agreed times.
Ensure that pets are secured during service provision.

6. Liability

Gardening Hackney strives to provide high-quality services but cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or issues within your garden.
Any damage caused by our staff due to negligence will be rectified promptly.
We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather.
